Deep breath in ...

ahhh... the smell of fresh blogging. Amazing how my stock answer to "what are your hobbies?" is automatically "writing", when I haven't written a lick in say... 10 years or so. Not since high school.

Well, here's hoping this blog causes me to remedy that. Although why I would choose the internet as my creative outlet is still unclear given there is certainly no hope of true anonymity on the net but... whatever - I'll deal with that later.

So here I am, officially entering the world of online bloggers. Hopefully this isn't a one week passing fancy.
